Natasha Rawdon-Rego

Co-Owner | Nursery Manager

An accomplished Montessori and Early Years Educator, Natasha has taught both Reception and Nursery-age levels. Her steadfast belief is that the early years of a child’s education can provide a solid foundation for their future life and love of learning; offering children the mental, emotional, and physical skills to grow to their full potential. Natasha believes that each child embodies a unique and wonderful spirit. Her aspiration is that by providing an engaging and immersive environment at The Oak Montessori, children will grow into adults who are independent, responsible, and compassionate innovators.

Natasha lives in Wimbledon Park with her husband, Antonio, and her children, Isadora and Tom.

Charlotte Wheeler

Co-Owner | Business Manager

As a former Deputy Head of a Pre-Prep & Prep School in Fulham, Charlotte is well-established within the educational world, having prepared children for their next steps for nearly a decade. During this time she has also helped many families choose the right school for their children through her consultancy work and now works with a number of schools to support them with pastoral projects in the 21st century skills space. She is excited to be creating the very best start for children within her home environment of Wimbledon Park, empowering independent learners, thinkers and feelers before they move onto the next stage of their primary education.

Charlotte lives in Wimbledon Park with her husband, Hugo, and their two children, Max and Coco. She writes an educational blog to share knowledge between families and educators.
